Finding the Right Family

One of the most critical part being an Agency for both family and caregivers in not only to place a nanny or caregiver with a family but to make sure that the caregiver is the right fit for the family. There is never enough research, interviews, personality analysis and other tools that we use in order to make sure that both the caregiver and the family are happy at the end of the day.

Finding the right family for our nannies starts from one on one interviews and  meeting them in person in Hong Kong. Their qualities than are being matched with the family dynamics and culture.

We have built our clientele through word of mouth, therefore most of our families are connected either as friends, colleagues, family members or neighbors.
