Northern leaf has been in the business of connecting nannies with working parents and caregivers  for elderly for the past 9 years.  We have also helped hundreds of Filipino women escape poverty in the Philippines. Some of these women have left their children for a much better income to support their family. Through the live-in caregiver program, they are able provide better food, shelter and education for their children.  We take pride that Canada is giving these women an opportunity for a better life.

Our services provide Canadian families with better options when it comes to care for their children or for an elderly family member. Some of our clients are women who would like to pursue their passion and career and by having a nanny to care for their children,  prepare meals and  by looking after household chores,  they are able to balance work and family life effectively.  For caring for the elderly, family members can still have a normal lifestyle even though their parents can not look after themselves anymore. Families now have the choice to not send their aging parents to a nursing home.
